Heavy Metal Ultra Christmas Special (HMU CS) is an ultramarathon that takes place in Keila, Estonia on a 6,706 km marked trail. Participants aim is to complete the loop within the 1-hour control time, race will last 8 (eight) loops. All persons aged 18 and over who have paid the participation fee can participate (latest date of birth 11.12.2003).
The HMU CS start will be given on 11 December 2021 at 09:00 at the car park at the beginning of Keila Terviserajad at Ehitajate tee 13, Keila. If a lot of snow falls by December 11, the starting place may change. At the start, the music begins to play. This marks the start of the loop. The track can be accessed for the entire duration of the song, and at the end of it the start gate will be closed. The moment when the start gate is closed may vary, as the songs can be of different lengths.
The finish gate of the first lap is closed at 10:00, the finishing gate of each subsequent lap is closed every subsequent full hour. Participants who have completed the circle before closing the gate will have the right to take off for a new full hour to a new lap.
Participants who did not reach the finish before full hour and who did not enter the track before closing the starting gate shall be considered as DNF.
All participants receive a diploma. Everybody who completes at least 7 laps (46.9km) will receive the medal.
In the eighth round, the ranking of HMU CE is determined according to the end times of that lap. Three best men and three best women are awarded.
There is a drinking and catering point in the starting area. There is available hot sports drink, water, cola, mineral water, tea, banana, raisins, chocolate candy, bread, salt, gingerbread and glögg. After the end of the competition, each participant will get soup.
Starting materials will be distributed at the race centre on the morning of the race day from 8:00 to 8:45 and in evening before the race at 16:00 to 18:00.

In accordance with the corona restriction rules in force at the time of the competition only people with a corona passport are allowed to participate.
