Treniņu plāns maratonam:
Following the exceptional 2021 edition of Milano Marathon that earned a place in the pantheon of the world marathons (best men’s and women’s time trials in 2021 and third fastest men’s marathon after Berlin and London), the Milanese 42km race is getting ready to celebrate its twentieth edition on 3rd April 2022.
After the constraints due to the global health situation, we go back to the classical formula with Marathon, Relay Marathon, School Marathon, and Marathon Village, to finally celebrate together with all the runners a historic and meaningful milestone!
