Hi guys!

I LOVE running and enjoy inviting more people to start jogging.
I have recently done a big next step in and I'm willing so much to share it with you!

I have been running for a long time now. My dad's been jogging every day even on holidays and once I get older he has made me to join him.

There aren't many races in my home country (btw, it is Russia), so we have traveled a lot to participate in marathons around the world. We have been many time to Spain, Germany, Switzerland, France of course, and recently Iceland. What we have notice is that so much people run and support runners during races – unfortunately, this is totally different what we see in Russia.

So, a few months ago we decided to organise a proper Half Marathon in Russia – like the one you would normally expect in Europe or States. And do you know what? The preparation is going great.
Yaroslavl is a capital of famous «Golden Ring» with over 1000-years of past.
We have received all support from local authorities and have started to see that more and more people are getting attracted to this idea. I can't imagine what will happen during our Event on 13 September!
I am especially proud that my home city Yaroslavl has allowed us to put the whole route through its historic city center – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I don't know any other courses what offer such environment to run along.

I hope so much that our first Half Marathon (as well as 10km and 3km) will be successful, and would like to invite you all to participate in this event.
If you ever consider travelling to Russia – it is a great chance!
